Course Description
A full time course which will provide students with a wide range of personal, computer and study skills in an empowering and non pressurised environment. This focus of the course is on helping students to recognise their strengths and develop the necessary skills to successfully progress to the next stage in Ireland’s framework of qualifications. It also provides a good knowledge of the modern workplace for return to employment.

Entry Requirements:
- Successful performance at interview
- Leaving Certificate (traditional or applied)

Work Experience Placement
Work Experience Placement is an integral part of this course. Students must obtain at least 10 days Work Experience for the academic year in a relevant business environment.
